ASCC-NZ National Rally Weekend, November 2025

Pricing for this year’s rally has now been finalised with Ashburton Hotel, and the details are on this year’s registration form, which is available below and will also be sent out with the next club magazine.
We intend to arrange to go to the Ashburton MSA on the Saturday night for dinner as we did last time, and we will organise mini bus transport as well. If you would like to attend, please include the numbers attending when you fill in the form.
Please note that the hotel says there seems to be a high demand for rooms for our AGM weekend, and even they do not know why!
Because of this they have been only able to allocate us 12 rooms and of these, two have already been booked, so if you intend to come, be sure to book early, and if our allocation is full, they will endeavour to release some more rooms.
The hotel room rate is $160.00 per night and make sure you mention the ASCC NZ Car Club.
For members in the North Island: It would pay to book your ferry crossing early if you’re driving down. Remember to check what VCC member discounts are available when booking ferries.

See the May-June issue of Sphinx-NZ for an optional run through the “Molesworth” from Hanmer Springs to Seddon on the way back. This will be arranged separately via Stu Hunter.

For members from overseas wishing to attend: please contact the Secretary for payment options. Please *don’t* make an international transfer as that will incur excessive costs both for you and for us!
